Hooray Strawberry Creme Cupcakes!

If you have been following my progress through adding new flavors, I have perfected my vanilla butter and coco chocolate recipes to perfection.  Strawberry was alot more difficult then I thought it would be. 

Being the perfectionist that I am, I poured over many recipes and ideas on making the perfect tasting strawberry cake, with many experiments gone wrong, like no flavor or deflated cupcakes, I was on a mission like my other flavors to produce a light, fluffy and moist cupcake.  With trial and error,  finally came success.    I only insist on using only the best, fresh high quality ingredients I can get my hands on and there is nothing like fresh strawberries used in strawberry cupcakes.   Yes, you can use flavor extracts but the flavor you get with fresh strawberries that are pureed is perfection.

So with this said, I add my Strawberry Creme Cupcakes to my cupcake portfolio!  

Next project is pumpkin cheesecake cupcakes with brown sugar buttercreme in time for fall!

    I tried making strawberry cupcakes a few weeks ago, and wasn't happy with them. Yours look MUCH prettier and more delicious!

  5. Wow, I love the color of the frosting it is such a beautiful pink! The fact that it is strawberry makes it even better!
