Hooray Strawberry Creme Cupcakes!
Being the perfectionist that I am, I poured over many recipes and ideas on making the perfect tasting strawberry cake, with many experiments gone wrong, like no flavor or deflated cupcakes, I was on a mission like my other flavors to produce a light, fluffy and moist cupcake. With trial and error, finally came success. I only insist on using only the best, fresh high quality ingredients I can get my hands on and there is nothing like fresh strawberries used in strawberry cupcakes. Yes, you can use flavor extracts but the flavor you get with fresh strawberries that are pureed is perfection.
So with this said, I add my Strawberry Creme Cupcakes to my cupcake portfolio!
Next project is pumpkin cheesecake cupcakes with brown sugar buttercreme in time for fall!
