We were invited to go to a friends house for dinner and the theme was tropical, so I decided to make a simple vanilla cake flavored with coconut milk and top it with a rich, creamy coconut & pineapple flavored buttercreme, topped with sugary coconut shavings.
I am in the process of experimenting with new recipes from scratch and eventually will have about 10 regular flavors to choose from. Seasonal flavors will be added for limited time and will be posted in advance.
I would never have thought about putting these flavors together, but WOW, I am sure willing to try! I am amazed :)
